According to the printed music, this collection is to be regarded as a music appendix to the 'Frithiofs Saga' [Frithiof's Saga] by Tegnér. As the full poem would have already been known by most music lovers and in order to reduce the space and consequently also the cost, only the first verse has been reproduced (as long as the music does not require otherwise).
