oh vaecker urtene af dvalen,
da dufte södt fram hvert bakkehåld,
vel tusind blomster gjennem dalen.
Men af dem alle er dog fagrest en,
den glindser skjaer, foruden ...
Og aander ud et sommerbud:
konvaller, blommornes blomme.
