Work comment

There are several autographs at the Musik- och teaterbiblioteket, one under the title "Zwei Gedichte von E. v. d. Recke: für eine Stimme mit Clavier" (including "Jungfrun under lind" under the title "I Våren / Im Frühling", and "Det driver en Dug/Rosenzweig und Nachtigall"), with an annotation stating that it was altered before publishing the printed edition.
"Jungfrun under lind" also exists as separate autogaphs at the Musik- och teaterbiblioteket, one of which for four-part male choir with tenor solo (with an inscription stating that it was arranged and reproduced courtesy of the publisher, Abr. Lundqvist [sic]. Trivia: this autograph also shows an annotation "Nordström Flemminggatan 25 4 tr? 5 tr." [the Stockholm address of one Mr. Nordström/the Nordström family].)
Among the autographs there is also a sketch in F major (partly with lyrics).
