An archive of local history including, among other materials, Knis Karl Aronsson's archive.

The archive of local history is part of Leksands kulturhus with a library, photograph archive, museum, a collection of material objects and an exhibition space. We cover local history but have no particular focus on folk music. However, music has played a major role in our local history. A large part of the recorded music found in the archive has been transfered to Folkmusikens hus. We offer service to interested parties by telephone or email contact.
